Managing Attorney
About
Elnaz Masoom is the managing attorney, and founder of Masoom Law Firm, PC. Practicing employment and business law exclusively, since 2010, Ms. Masoom has worked with organizations of many different shapes and sizes, in different fields, with very different business strategies, product offerings, organizational cultures, and of course, labor pools. She has an interdisciplinary understanding of business organization, management practices, as well as difficult labor and employment laws. Ms. Masoom represents management and employees in both white collar and executive capacities covering a range of issues, benefits, restrictions and obligations. She also represent employees at all levels in the negotiation process. She believes in long-term solutions as opposed to “quick fixes” that damage or limit future prospects for the client and helps organizations find feasible legal solutions while remaining competitive in their field. A trial lawyer at heart, and in practice, Ms. Masoom particularly enjoys presenting and arguing complex legal matters before judges and juries, engaging in voir dire with potential jury members, and negotiating settlements. Ms. Masoom graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Jose State University and obtained her law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, specializing in litigation. She is an active member of California Bar, California Lawyers Association, California Employment Lawyers Association, Santa Clara County Bar Association, and San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association. Outside of law, Ms. Masoom is an avid snowboarder, enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family. She is fluent in Persian and Turkish. “I believe everything happens in the workplace, not the boardroom. To make something exciting, distinct, and original in the marketplace, you must do something exciting, distinct, and original in the workplace. We look for solutions that are meant to reshape the sense of what is possible for clients.” -Elnaz Masoom, Esq.
