Job Description:
Position: Litigation Attorney
Location: San Jose, California

Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in legal proceedings, including litigation, hearings, and trials.
Provide legal counsel and advice to clients.
Prepare legal documents, including motions, briefs, and contracts.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in San Jose, California.
Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
